1 Peter 1:5

"who through faith are shielded by God's power until the coming of the salvation that is ready to be revealed in the last time."

- 1 Peter 1:5

This is a sweet verse I found the other day.  Directly before the verse, there's a promise that our inheritance is secure, which is great, but then it's topped by God promising to shield us with His power until the coming of Christ.  That's awesome, and you're dose of the sword for today.
